Where are you based?
We call the Tweed Coast/ Byron area of NSW home. We know most of the venues here like the back of our hand but having said that there are a few gems we are looking forward to shooting at.
Do you shoot destination weddings?
From time to time... we don't say a solid "no" here as we do love an adventure but with a little family in toe it can be tricky to scoot around the country ( or world) regularly. Lets just say destination wedding bookings are limited.
Who will our Shooters on the day be?
Depending on whether you want us to capture photo, film or both, you will have at least 1 photographer and 1 videographer from our little team of legends. As you wedding day draws closer we will let you know who said legends are
I want to book you but I don't know which package just yet!
If you know you want us to be a part of your a-team but can't decide which package you would like, we suggest booking our smaller package to secure us for your date. You can then make your decision on which package knowing that the date is yours.
Can I choose music in my wedding video?
We cannot use commercial music in our films and to be honest we actually don't mind it that way as we feel it allows us to create a film that is unique and boutique. If you have a vibe or musical inspiration that you envisage for your film we can work together to find the right piece of music from our libraries.
How will my Photos delivered?
All couples who have booked in our photography services will receive a downloadable online gallery from their day. Those who have booked us for weddings will also receive a USB. USB's can be added on as an optional extra for eloping couples.
How will my Film be delivered?
Firstly we send your film to you via an online link. Once we know that you love it we prepare it as well as an added chapters ( speeches and ceremony edits). If you package includes a 1 minute insta teaser, you will receive this first.
When will we receive our photo/ video links?
We typically aim to send our galleries and film links within 6- 10 weeks of your wedding, give or take a few weeks depending on whether your wedding falls in peak season or low season. Regardless of time of year we always aim to have photography to you within 48hrs so that you have something to share for your big announcement.
Let's do this... how do I book?
If you have received our brochure, determined our availability for your date and decided we are the team for you, send us through an email to share the good news. From there we will send through our booking form/ questionnaire and deposit invoice to start the booking process. Once we receive your complete form and booking deposit we are all yours. From there we allow you the time to piece your wedding day together. We will get back in touch as your day draws closer but please feel free to touch base at any point for any questions you may have.
